Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of InquestMind, a product of Imprexels Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. About InquestMind

InquestMind is an AI-powered data analysis platform. It allows users to upload data files, connect data sources, submit natural-language queries, and receive structured analysis results generated by AI. The platform also supports scheduled recurring analyses and PDF export of results.

2. Accounts and Organisations

To use InquestMind you must sign in via Microsoft Entra ID using a Microsoft or Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must not create accounts or organisations for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Billing and Payment

InquestMind offers two billing models: monthly subscription plans and Pay As You Go (PAYG). Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Pricing is displayed at the time of checkout and on our pricing page.

Monthly subscriptions: By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing period and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You may cancel at any time from within your account settings; your access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to Pay As You Go.

Pay As You Go: PAYG is a credit-based model with no recurring charge. You purchase credits in advance via a one-time Stripe payment. Credits do not expire and are not subject to a monthly reset. When your balance reaches zero you can purchase additional credits at any time from your account settings.

All payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We may at our discretion consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis; please contact us via the contact form if you believe a refund is warranted.

4. Credits

All plans, including Pay As You Go, use credits. Subscription plans include a monthly credit allowance; Pay As You Go credits are purchased in advance. Credits are consumed when you run an analysis (Insight) or interact with the Cassandra AI assistant. The minimum cost of any action is 1 credit.

The credit cost of an Insight is calculated from the length of your query plus the text content extracted from any attached files. Raw file size is not used - a dense text file will cost more credits than a PDF of the same size. A simple query with no attachments costs 1 credit. A query with a large text-heavy document may cost more. Where data sources are used, their credit cost is calculated at run time based on the volume of data returned, which may vary between runs.

On monthly subscription plans, your credit balance resets on your billing anniversary - the same calendar day each month as the date you created your organisation. Unused credits do not roll over. On Pay As You Go, credits do not reset; your balance carries forward indefinitely until used. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or refunded.

If your credit balance reaches zero on a subscription plan, you will be unable to run new Insights or use the Cassandra AI assistant until your balance resets on your next billing anniversary. On Pay As You Go, you can purchase additional credits at any time to restore access.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use InquestMind to:

• Upload or process data that you do not have the right to use or share.
• Upload or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, or defamatory.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform by automated means.
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the platform.
• Use the platform in any way that could damage, overload, or impair our infrastructure.
• Resell or sublicense access to InquestMind without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend access immediately if we believe your use poses a risk to the platform or to other users.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all data, files, and content you upload to InquestMind ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to process and store it solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

We do not use Your Content to train AI models. Your uploaded data is processed by Azure AI services within the West Europe region and is not shared with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that Your Content does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights in the InquestMind platform, including its design, software, trademarks, and content created by us, are owned by or licensed to Imprexels Ltd. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

AI-generated analysis results produced from Your Content are provided to you for your use. You may export, share, and use these results as you see fit, subject to these terms and applicable law.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep InquestMind available and performant, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

AI-generated analysis results are provided as informational output only. They are not a substitute for professional advice, and we make no warranty as to their accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Termination

You may delete your account or organisation at any time from within your account settings. On deletion, your data is securely removed from our systems as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or if we are required to do so by law. In cases of termination for breach, no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Imprexels Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of InquestMind, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Discontinuation of Service

We reserve the right to discontinue InquestMind at any time. In such a case, we will provide no less than 30 days' written notice via email to all registered account holders.

Active paid subscribers at the time of discontinuation will receive a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of their current billing period. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method via Stripe.

Following the discontinuation date, all user data will be securely deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of InquestMind shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
