How credits work
Simple and transparent - no complicated tiers or hidden usage charges.
1 credit minimum
Every analysis costs a minimum of 1 credit. A simple query with no attachments will always be just 1 credit.
Charged on content, not file size
Credit cost is based on your query length plus the extracted text from any attached files. A simple query with no files costs 1 credit. Most analyses with attachments fall in the 5-50 credit range depending on document length. Data sources are fetched at run time, so their credit cost may vary depending on how much data is returned.
Monthly refresh
Your credit balance resets on your billing anniversary each month. Unused credits do not roll over - but you always start fresh when you need it.
